How Our Pricing Works

Every project starts with a call. We work with you to clearly understand the process you want to improve and define a realistic baseline for its current impact on your business.

This typically includes:

• The time your team is currently losing to this process every single week
• What that time is actually costing your business in real operational terms
• The revenue and capacity you could unlock by getting rid of it entirely

This is not a rough estimate. It is a precise, agreed figure that becomes the reference point for everything that follows.

Once the baseline is agreed, we assess what level of improvement automation can realistically deliver and set a fixed implementation fee that reflects that value.

It is not an hourly calculation and it is not based on build time. It is based on the expected reduction in manual work and the operational benefit that creates.

Everything is agreed upfront before any work begins, meaning complete clarity on scope, cost, and expected outcome.

After the call, we review everything and produce a formal proposal which includes:

• A summary of the process being improved
• The agreed baseline
• The automation we are recommending
• The fixed implementation fee
• The expected outcome of the project

Nothing moves forward until you are fully comfortable with what is in front of you.

Once approved, we build and implement the system.

When it goes live, we charge a monthly retainer to keep your automations monitored, maintained, and updated. Without ongoing maintenance, automations can break or become outdated as your processes and tools evolve. The retainer is what keeps everything running reliably over time.

Most projects are completed and live within two to four weeks of the proposal being approved.
