We first met while working at a large investment bank, where we spent far more time than we should have on repetitive operational tasks that kept the business running but rarely moved anything forward.
Much of our day was spent chasing invoices, responding to the same enquiries, collating data for reports, and sending follow-up emails that seemed to come back around almost as soon as they were finished. None of it was particularly difficult work, but it was constant, and it consumed hours that could have been spent on more valuable activities.
What frustrated us most was knowing that much of it could be automated. The technology already existed to handle many of these processes reliably in the background, yet talented people were still spending their time on work that added little value simply because no one had put the right systems in place.
So we started solving the problem ourselves. By combining AI with practical automation, we gradually removed many of the repetitive tasks from our own workflows, and the results were impossible to ignore. We were saving time, reducing errors, and creating more space to focus on work that genuinely mattered.
The more we looked around, the more we realised this was not a problem unique to banking. Businesses in every industry were facing the same challenge. Capable people were tied up with repetitive administrative work while opportunities for growth, innovation, and customer service were left waiting.
That realisation led us to start this business. Our goal is simple: to help organisations remove unnecessary operational friction, automate repetitive processes, and give their teams the time and capacity to focus on the work that creates the greatest impact.
