That experience shapes how he works today. Before anything is built, Harvey takes the time to properly understand what a client actually wants to achieve. He goes beyond the surface request to get a clear view of the underlying process, the real pain points, and what a successful outcome looks like in practice.
He works closely with delivery to make sure every project runs smoothly and lands within the agreed timeline, regardless of how complex the requirements are.
Outside of work, Harvey is a Chelsea FC supporter with a passion for history and travel, always looking for the next place to explore.
Will leads the build and systems side of West Country Automation.
His background is in risk, compliance and process improvement using AI, working in environments where accuracy, reliability and clear execution matter.
He has seen first-hand how much time businesses lose to manual reporting, repetitive admin, duplicated data entry and processes that depend on people remembering to do the same thing over and over again.
At West Country Automation, Will focuses on turning those processes into practical systems that are properly mapped, tested and built to run reliably in the background. Before anything is built, he looks closely at how the work actually happens, where time is being lost, and what the system needs to do to be genuinely useful day to day.
Outside of work, Will trains Muay Thai, reads philosophy and enjoys travelling.
